All of us enjoyed our dinner and catching up with each other at the same time. Even Heidi had a hearty appetite, finished a bowl of mee sua with some fish and rice. When the kids' had finished their dinner, they played and watched TV while we continue to eat and chat about our work as well as catch up on the kids' latest updates.
After our steamboat dinner, we proceeded to Siglap to have dessert. Initially we had planned to have ice cream but when we went past a Thai restaurant, Auntie Joyce and Uncle Png commented that this restaurant serves very "shiok" chendol. And so for dessert we had chendol, banana fritters and coconut ice cream!
