Baked my 2nd batch of chinese almond cookies today. This container is for Po Po.I tweaked the recipe a bit by replacing some of the oil with butter. More fragrant with butter but I prefer my first batch tastewise. Po Po likes these cookies though. I did not cut out the cookies this time, I made them into bottle cap shape. Shall make the next batch a little bit smaller in size cos I thought they were a little bit too big.
Now trying to make the cookies a bit more moist so they would taste even better. Going to bake more.
