Cream Cheese Puffs

I baked cream puffs this afternoon. I made the filling with cream cheese instead of the normal custard cream and I must say, the different flavour added an extra oommph to the puffs.

I think I piped in too much cream into the puffs and the cream seemed to be quite runny too but after chilling them in the fridge, they seemed alright.

Will wait for fussy Daddy to come back from work later to give the puffs a try and give me his verdict.

(Update : Daddy finds the cream too rich and milky - he hates milk and anything milky but gives a pass on the puffs' appearance. I guess I should just stick to baking the Japanese Cheesecake for him cos for that cake, I got all nods from him.) :)
