Heidi had another birthday celebration today with 24 other kids at My Gym whose birthday either falls on June or July. Some older siblings joined in too.
I was in charge of liasing with the venue and other mummies helped with the collection of funds, ordering of the birthday cake and coordinating of the customised t-shirts. Heidi had lots of fun at the event and we can tell that she really enjoyed herself. Daddy helped with photo-taking and lots of nice pics were taken. There was a gift exchange among the kids too, and Heidi got a little doodle board.
Although during the planning of the whole event, there were some hiccups along the way and unexpected restrictions imposed by the venue, I guess after seeing how much the children have enjoyed themselves and the smiles on their parent's faces, it's all worth the effort.
