I told Daddy I needed some time off this evening to go to Isetan's Private Sale so he came back from work early to babysit Heidi. After Heidi had her dinner, I "booked out".
Never mind that the journey took me almost 40 min and 15 MRT stops to get to Orchard. I believe it when people say that shopping gives a woman strength. This time at the sale, I didn't buy much though. Only bought Pigeon wet wipes, 2 sets of pajamas, a white cotton skirt and a VCD for Heidi. I also bought some triumph undies for myself. Tangs and Robinsons were having sales too. If only I had more time.
I get to "book out" again this Sunday if Auntie Serene is able to meet me for another round of Ma La Guo steamboat.
