The children will be learning many types of transportation on land, on water and in the air. They will also be working on these activities -
Songs & Rhymes on transportation
Exploring books on transportation
Car racing fun in class
Road safety fun in class
Airplane flying contest in class
Craft work on Transportation
Tranportation though Math activity (counting, matching, sorting, shapes..etc)
Daddy helped to make a paper aeroplane for the airplane flying contest. Will post the pics if Heidi won the contest. For the next school excursion which will be line with the theme, I heard from the teachers that we may be going for a ride in the Bumboat or a Duck Tour. Oh, I am getting excited for the kids already if the plans materialise.
Heidi and her classmates definitely had fun during their classes with these transportation props done by the school. They enjoy being the driver, passenger and holding on to their paper made traffic lights and singing the all-time favourite "Wheels On The Bus".
